FORUM'S MISSION

HOW TO WRITE FOR SUCCESS is an affiliate forum of MOTIVATIONAL STRIPS, a Forum with 7.3 million visitors monthly from 163 countries. Both Forums have the same mission – Writers Empowerment. This is a research centre for you to share your thoughts as well as to learn. At How to Write for Success we value integrity in Literature and look forward to your quality writings. The aim of our Founder, Mrs. Brenda Mohammed is to unify and safeguard Global Literature. Our Motto is: Spreading Literary Talent Worldwide. In May 2020, World Nations Writers' Union awarded the Forum with a unique award FOR MERITS TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF WORLD LITERATURE. This award was for writers or organisations with high merit contribution to the development of contemporary world literature and to promote friendship and fraternity among peoples of the world. It was given in consideration of their life time achievements in terms of thoughts, mentorship and precision of their pen. On India’s Independence Day - 15th August 2020, all twelve Administrators, the Founder, and many members were honoured by GUJARAT SAHITYA ACADEMY AND MOTIVATIONAL STRIPS, the world's most active writers’ forum. Our Website contains valuable information on successful writing. We welcome writers in the forum of every nationality and language, but require an English translation for those who cannot read Spanish, Italian, Hindi, or foreign languages. Obscene language and obscene pictures are not allowed; neither is plagiarism tolerated. We reward high-quality literature.

About the FOUNDER

Brenda Mohammed is a renowned, multi-genre, award-winning author, and poet from Trinidad in the Caribbean. 
To date she has written twenty-seven books and published three anthologies.
The former Bank Manager holds a Diploma in Banking from the Institute of Bankers in London.
Brenda also obtained a Diploma in Life Underwriting from the American College, USA and qualified for the Million Dollar Round Table, the Premier Association for Financial Professionals, six times in a row.
Brenda's writing career sparked after her near-death experience with Cancer and her recovery.
In 2013, she wrote the book, ‘I am Cancer Free,’ which became a best seller.
That gave her the encouragement to continue writing.
Some of her books won multiple awards.
Besides awards for her books, she received several Global Literature awards.
She also fell in love with writing poetry and published four poetry books, with one in bi-lingual - English and Spanish.
On 7th November 2018, Yvonne Webb of the Trinidad Newsday newspaper wrote an article about her.
In November 2018, Brenda received two awards from Readers Favorite International at an award ceremony at Regency Hotel in Miami for two of her books, Zeeka Chronicles and I Am Cancer Free.
In December 2018, she was featured in the issue of the Presbyterian News in Trinidad and Tobago.
On 17th November 2019, Alem Hailu of the Sunday Edition of the Ethiopian Herald published an interview with her.
On Thursday, May 23, 2019, host Barbara Ehrentreu of RR Tales from the pages interviewed her and another author on her radio station.
On 16th February 2020 Alem Hailu of the Ethiopian Herald reviewed and published a Review on Brenda’s book, How to Write for Success. The article was entitled, "How to melt the world into words".
Some of her poetry appeared in prestigious journals and anthologies in India, Kazakhstan. and other parts of the world
Her work in Literature for Suicide Prevention is recognized worldwide. She was the driving force in the production of the Anthology, A Spark of Hope: A Treasury of Poems for Saving Lives Volumes 1 and 2. The books topped the charts on Amazon and made Best Seller No. 1 within the space of a few days. Together with 87 co-authors, Brenda also published a ground-breaking Anthology, Break the Silence: An Anthology Against Domestic Violence on March 5th, 2020.
The book contained an article by the Moderator of the Presbyterian Church in Trinidad, Right Reverend Joy Abdul-Mohan. The Anthology topped the charts of Amazon in a few days and became an Amazon bestseller No 1
After the success of her self-help book, How to Write for Success, she founded the Literary Forum How to Write for Success, with sub-groups - Poems for Suicide Prevention, How to Write for Success Library and Poems against Domestic Violence.

LITERATURE AWARDS

In October 2018, Brenda was appointed as an Honorary Member of the World Higher Literary Academic Council of World Nations Writers' Union of Kazakhstan.
On 29 December 2018, she was awarded the World Laureate in Literature by World Nations Writers' Union.
On 31 December 2018, she received a Certificate of Honour for serving as a juror in an International Poetry Contest sponsored by the World Nations Writers' Union.
In August 2019, she received the World Poetic Star Award from World Nations Writers' Union.
In May 2020, World Nations Writers' Union awarded her a world rare and precious prize 'For Merits to the Development of World Literature' This award was given in consideration of life time achievements in terms of thoughts, mentorship and precision of pen. Brenda, along with nine other writers, received this award in her personal capacity, as well as for the Literary Facebook Forum she founded How to Write for Success
On 8th June 2020, World Nations Writers’ Union again awarded her a World's Best Literary Jury Member Award 2020 for being a Jury member with great evaluation skills and who had supported in evaluating hundreds of submissions for various contests conducted by the Union.

MOTIVATIONAL STRIPS

On 30 December 2018, she received a Global Literature Guardian Award from Motivational Strips and Associates, the world’s most active writers’ forum.
In March 2019, Motivational Strips and its Nominating Authorities awarded her with a Golden Dove of Peace award.
She was appointed as Regional Director, Operations, Motivational Strips, the world’s most active writers’ forum, by the Founder Shiju H Pallithazheth.
On 16 October 2019, she was awarded the Order of Shakespeare Medal by Motivational Strips.
On 20th February 2020, Brenda Mohammed was honoured by Motivational Strips with the Peacock Opinion Award, which is the highest level of honour awarded to authors who have shown exceptional support to World Literature
.
UNION HISPANIOMUNDIAL DE ESCRITORES, PERU

In June 2019, she was appointed as National President of the Union of Writers, Union Hispaniomundial de Escritores for Trinidad and Tobago by Carlos Hugo Garrido Chalen, the President and Founder.
On 22 February 2020, she was honoured with a World Award of Excellence in Literature 2019-2020 by the Provincial Municipality of Urubamba, Republic Government of Peru. The certificate of honour was issued by Luis Alberto Valcarcel Villegas, Mayor of Urubamba. The world award of excellence 2019-2020 was conducted by the Government of Peru jointly with their Associates Motivational Strips, Worlds Most active writers’ online forum, World Nations Writers Union, Kazakhstan, and the Union Hispanomundial De Escritores, Peru.
Mrs. Brenda Mohammed was one of the selected poets from Trinidad for this highly distinguished honour.

SEYCHELLES GOVERNMENT

On 31 August 2019, she was honored by the Seychelles Government Accredited Literary Society [ LLSF] for her contribution to World Poetry, creativity, and writing expertise.

GUJARAT SAHITYA AKADEMI

On 15th August 2020, Motivational Strips and Gujarat Sahitya Akademi under State Government of Gujarat honoured 350 writers of which Brenda was one, for Literary excellence on par with Global standards.

Farhana Sait is the holder of a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. She is a training and development officer, an entrepreneur, a freelance editor in her local newspaper, and a writer. Farhana is a gold categorized member of Motivational Strips, the world’s most active writers Forum, and an Administrator in How to Write for Success Literary Forum. She is a co-author in the following three Amazon No 1 bestselling anthologies produced by the How to Write for Success Forum and was Assistant Editor in A Spark of Hope Volumes one and two. Mala Naidoo is an Australian thriller fiction writer, and poet. She is an Administrator in the Literary Forum How to Write for Success. She was a co-author in two bestselling Anthologies initiated by the Forum's Founder. They are A Spark of Hope Volume II: A Treasury of Poems for Saving Lives, and Break the Silence: An Anthology Against Domestic Violence, which both topped the charts on Amazon and climbed to No 1 Bestsellers. Upon the recommendation of the Founder of How to Write for success, Brenda Mohammed, Mala was honoured with the Award of Ambassador De Literature by Shiju H Pallithazheth, Founder of Motivational Strips, the world's most active writers' Forum. She runs her website Mala Naidoo’s Book World with a newsletter sign-up for sample compositions, giveaways, and blog posts on writing and books. Vandita Dharni hails from an eminent family of educationalists. She has earned many a distinction in the literary field. In the early stages of her academic pursuits, she raised the bar by topping the University of Allahabad at the postgraduate level in English. Thereafter, she earned an honorary Ph.D. degree from the University in American Literature. Her articles, poems, and short stories have been published in journals like Criterion, Ruminations, GNOSIS, HellBound Publishing House and International magazines like Immagine and Poessia, Synchronised Chaos, Guido Gozzano. and Primer Antologia De Poetas Del Proyecto De Unamos Al Mundo Con La Poesia- Mexico. Florabelle Lutchman, a prolific writer of articles and poems., is a retired School Principal, and retired teacher of two prestigious Private Primary Schools. She now owns her own private school to train students for the Secondary School Examinations. Florabelle is Secretary of the Local Board in her Presbyterian Church. She is an Administrator of How to Write for Success. Literary Forum and a Gold-categorised premium member of Motivational Strips, the world’s most active writers’ Forum. She was a Co-author in three bestselling Anthologies spear-headed by the Founder of How to Write for Success and Regional Director, Operations of Motivational Strips. Bindi Sharma

Vindhya Sharma, nicknamed Bindi Sharma on Facebook, one of the brilliant and efficient Administrators of How to Write for Success Literary Forum, with sub-forums, Poems for Suicide Prevention, Poems Against Domestic Violence, and Library of How to Write for Success. Bindi is also a gold categorised member of Motivational Strips, the world’s most active writers’ forum. Bindi has done her schooling from Dehradoon, India where she did her graduation in Indian culture and Fine Arts. She is a national scholarship holder and studied political science for two years at PB university in Chandigarh. After that, and inspired by her mother, she joined various social organisations to do social work. Bindi worked as State Social Organiser at Shimla H P. This is an Association for social and moral hygiene She was also involved in associations with Bhartiya Grameen, Mahila Sangh, and The Red Cross society affiliated under the International Abolitionist Federation of Geneva. During this period she organised agricultural camps and seminars at the district level involving people at the grass root level. She wrote a thesis on 'The status of women in Himachal Pradesh and presented it in All India Conference at Jaipur. She continued to work for the upliftment of rural areas. Later on, she chose journalism as a career in Delhi and worked for 'India calling ' ( Toronto paper ). She also did freelancing for various Indian papers. In between, she worked in the Press institute of India Sapru house New Delhi under Nieman fellow late Shri Chanchal Sarkar for the publication of its magazine 'Vidura. ' She loves to write poetry and has published many poems. In 2018, she attended Poetic Confluence in Hyderabad and the world-famous Guntur poetic festival and was felicitated. Bindi’s book of poetry 'Eternal memories” containing 65 poems was published by Vishwa Bhartiya research centre and was released in world poetry festival 2017 organised by Shri L S R Prasad in Hyderabad Ramoji Rao City. Bindi is a co-author in several national and international anthologies as follows: 1.
